Refund Policy

This Policy applies to purchases made directly from Pro Pick ’Em.

Seven-day window

A purchaser may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase if the league has not been activated or materially used.

After use

Once a league has been activated and season access has been used, the purchase is generally final.

Other eligible refunds

Refunds remain available for duplicate or erroneous charges, a technical failure preventing delivery of the purchased service, or where required by law.

Requesting a refund

Email support@propickemhq.com with the purchaser’s account email, league name, purchase date, and explanation. Never send card numbers or payment credentials.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times vary. A full refund revokes the associated paid season entitlement.

Pro Pick ’Em is operated by James H. Smith, an individual in Texas.
No LLC, corporation, or other registered-entity status is claimed.
